Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns
- Present at conferences, events, and stakeholder meetings
- Educate the community on Mango Health’s value proposition
- Track engagement data and campaign effectiveness
- Work with Marketing on brand messaging and collateral
- Cultivate referral and pipeline relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, public health, or communications
- 2+ years in outreach, business development, or healthcare engagement
- Confident communicator and public speaker
- Knowledge of behavioral health or pharmacy a plus
- Willing to travel up to 40%
Account Manager
Information about Account Manager
Manage partner facility relationships to ensure high-quality service, operational alignment, and ongoing performance. Act as the main liaison between Mango Health and behavioral health facilities.
Reports To:
Director of Partner Success
Responsibilities:
- Track key metrics (adherence, turnaround, satisfaction)
- Proactively resolve operational or clinical issues
- Lead check-ins and business reviews
- Customize solutions with internal teams
- Identify upsell and optimization opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in account management or client success (healthcare or pharmacy
preferred) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Regional travel ~20%
Implementation Coordinator
Information about Implementation Coordinator
Support the onboarding of new behavioral health facilities into the Mango Health pharmacy network. Coordinate across pharmacy, IT, and provider teams to ensure smooth EHR integration, inventory setup, and workflow design—serving as the key liaison during the first 90 days.

VP of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects across departments
- Coordinate training, EHR integration, and inventory systems
- Track milestones, risks, and operational success metrics
- Deliver white-glove support during onboarding phase
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in healthcare admin, business, or similar
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare ops or implementation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Behavioral health or pharmacy workflow familiarity a plus
- Willing to travel up to 30%
Director of Clinical Operations
Information about Director of Clinical Operations
Oversee and optimize clinical workflows across all Mango Health pharmacy sites. Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance, improve medication therapy outcomes, and scale operations. Collaborate with pharmacy managers, behavioral health partners, and executive leadership to drive quality, safety, and performance across service lines.
Reports To:
Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations across multiple facilities
- Develop and implement SOPs for consistency and compliance
- Lead performance improvement initiatives (MTM, safety, adherence)
- Align services with facility and patient needs
- Manage and mentor pharmacy managers and clinical staff
- Monitor KPIs and corrective action planning
- Ensure compliance with state boards, Medicaid, 340B, and payers
Qualifications:
- PharmD or clinical degree preferred
- 5+ years in pharmacy/clinical operations leadership
- Behavioral health experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and value-based care
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
