Director of Clinical Operations

Oversee and optimize clinical workflows across all Mango Health pharmacy sites. Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance, improve medication therapy outcomes, and scale operations. Collaborate with pharmacy managers, behavioral health partners, and executive leadership to drive quality, safety, and performance across service lines.

Reports To:

Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations across multiple facilities
• Develop and implement SOPs for consistency and compliance
• Lead performance improvement initiatives (MTM, safety, adherence)
• Align services with facility and patient needs
• Manage and mentor pharmacy managers and clinical staff
• Monitor KPIs and corrective action planning
• Ensure compliance with state boards, Medicaid, 340B, and payers

Qualifications:

• PharmD or clinical degree preferred
• 5+ years in pharmacy/clinical operations leadership
• Behavioral health experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and value-based care
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
