Implementation Coordinator

Support the onboarding of new behavioral health facilities into the Mango Health pharmacy network. Coordinate across pharmacy, IT, and provider teams to ensure smooth EHR integration, inventory setup, and workflow design—serving as the key liaison during the first 90 days.

Reports To:

VP of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects across departments
• Coordinate training, EHR integration, and inventory systems
• Track milestones, risks, and operational success metrics
• Deliver white-glove support during onboarding phase

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in healthcare admin, business, or similar
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare ops or implementation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Behavioral health or pharmacy workflow familiarity a plus
• Willing to travel up to 30%
