Manage partner facility relationships to ensure high-quality service, operational alignment, and ongoing performance. Act as the main liaison between Mango Health and behavioral health facilities.

Reports To:

Director of Partner Success

Responsibilities:

  • Track key metrics (adherence, turnaround, satisfaction)
  • Proactively resolve operational or clinical issues
  • Lead check-ins and business reviews
  • Customize solutions with internal teams
  • Identify upsell and optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in account management or client success (healthcare or pharmacy
    preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Regional travel ~20%
