Manage partner facility relationships to ensure high-quality service, operational alignment, and ongoing performance. Act as the main liaison between Mango Health and behavioral health facilities.
Reports To:
Director of Partner Success
Responsibilities:
- Track key metrics (adherence, turnaround, satisfaction)
- Proactively resolve operational or clinical issues
- Lead check-ins and business reviews
- Customize solutions with internal teams
- Identify upsell and optimization opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in account management or client success (healthcare or pharmacy
preferred) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Regional travel ~20%
